Tomahawk Carpentry and Flooring installed laminate flooring over our existing hardwood floor in our kitchen, dining room, half bath, and two hallways. I state the locations because I was extremely worried about how the flooring would match from the kitchen area, down two parallel hallways, and into the dining room. But I needn’t have worried because the transition was perfect, as were all the cuts for doorframes, the new moldings, and even the basement and bathroom doors that needed to be trimmed for the raised height of the floor. Tomahawk’s workmanship was A+ as was its attention to detail and cleanliness during and after construction. We love the new floors and get compliments on the look from family and friends who see it. I highly recommend Tomahawk. The cost was reasonable, response time was to our schedule, and the finished product is beautiful.
